All sales are final; we do not offer refunds. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or purchase so we can review and resolve it. Claims made more than 48 hours after verified delivery can't be accepted. Exchanges may be made like-for-like once approved by the owner; if a like-for-like exchange isn't available, a comparable exchange may be approved. Approved returns need a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Contact us for the return address. Once the return is received and verified in its original condition, the exchange can be made.

For anything about delivery, timescales or a return, email [email protected] or use the contact page and Neil will answer personally.
